Community Involvement

Jamestown Rural Fire Department

I have been a member of the JRFD since June 2007.

On the department I serve in a few areas including grant work, general geek, and am now working on a training curriculum for the NDFA Firefighter 1 5th edition certification.

Certified in: First Aid, CPR, Firefighter I, Firefighter II,  and HazMat (Operations Level).

I also serve as the department Training Officer, webmaster, run the Facebook Fan page, and occasionally manage to bring my camera on calls and take pictures for the department.

Other Community Involvement: My wife serves as President on the James River Humane Society board, which I help out with the fundraisers from time to time.  She is also now on the local United Way board as well.
