Community Involvement

Jamestown Rural Fire Department

I have been a member of the JRFD since June 2007.

On the department I serve in a few areas including grant work, general geek, and am now working on a training curriculum for the NDFA Firefighter 1 5th edition certification.

Certified in: First Aid, CPR, Firefighter I, Firefighter II,  and HazMat (Operations Level).

I also serve as the department webmaster, run the Facebook Fan page, and occasionally manage to bring my camera on calls and take pictures for the department.

Other Community Involvement: My wife serves as Vice-President on the James River Humane Society board, which I help out with the fundraisers from time to time.  She is also now on the local United Way board as well.
